The scarcest resource in medicine is a physician’s attention. Nearly everything wrong with healthcare follows from that scarcity: the waitlists, the prices, the counties with no doctor at all.

We are building the way out. Standard Medical is a primary care clinic where AI earns clinical authority the way physicians always have: by demonstrating competence, one privilege at a time, under supervision until proven. Today, a licensed physician makes every clinical decision. Each year, our physicians will care for more patients than the last, freed from low-value work to practice at the top of their license.

We believe care should reach the most remote patient as readily as the best-connected one. That it should cost so little no one defers it. That it should arrive in minutes, not months. Abundant medicine is not a slogan. It is an engineering problem, and for the first time, a lawful one. We are building in Utah, home of the nation’s first regulatory framework for clinical AI, as Washington moves to take clinical AI national.
